Warforged: Dialogue Between Karba And Sheik

A boy named Karba was raised in Muaqat, a war-torn village in the Khwarazmian dynasty in the year 1234. After Muaqat was ravaged by Mongol raiders, he vowed to find his captured friend Sheik, with Sheik's blacksmith father.

Crafting his own brittle weapons on the fly, he and his new blacksmith mentor journey to the Mongol stronghold over several years, disposing of many Mongol groups along the way.

This conversation between Karba and Sheikh happens towards the end of the narrative, once Karba has rescued the captives taken from Muaqat years prior. Sheik had been drafted into the ranks of the Mongols during his imprisonment, and there is friction forming through blood on their hands.
